The otl_view is a C++20-compliant range adapter for OTL. It
bridges the gap between legacy database streams and modern C++
"Ranges" and "Views."
Unlike the native OTL C++11
range loop which iterates over the cursor/stream object
itself, otl_view iterates directly over the data rows. It
leverages variadic templates to return either a single value or a
std::tuple, enabling the use of Structured Bindings and
functional-style range pipelines.
In order to enable this feature, use #define OTL_VIEW.
