Example 228 (otl_long_string container and LONGTEXT column, MyODBC 3.50)

This example demonstrates simple INSERT/SELECT with otl_long_string container and LONGTEXT column. TINYTEXT, TEXT, MEDIUMTEXT can be used in this example as well.
