OTL 4.0, Example 721 (Oracle 10.2 and higher, char[XXX] and LONGs, combined with the bulk interface (stream buffer size>1))

This example demonstrates INSERT and SELECT statements with the char[XXX] bind variable data type and LONGs, combined with the bulk interface (stream buffer size >1).
