This example demonstrates simple INSERT and SELECT statements with
the XMLType datatype as well as constant SQL statements. XMLType
columns can be bound with char[XXX] (XXX<32K)
variables on INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE, on
SELECT, XMLType needs to be converted into CLOB.
